At PrintDukaan, we begin processing your order immediately after it is placed. Due to the custom nature of our printing services, we do not allow cancellations under any circumstances.

- No cancellations are accepted once an order is placed, including orders placed through WhatsApp.
- No grace period or time window is available for canceling an order.
- Partial cancellations are not allowed. All items in an order will be processed and charged.
- No refunds will be issued for canceled requests, even if the order has not yet been printed or shipped.
- Each shop operating on PrintDukaan may have their own communication terms, but cancellation is not permitted through our platform.
Why We Don’t Allow Cancellations
Our system is designed to process print jobs instantly to minimize delays. Once an order is received, materials and labor are allocated immediately, making cancellations operationally unfeasible.
