At Print Dukaan App, owned and operated by Xero Smart Enterprises Pvt Ltd, we understand that plans change. Here’s how our cancellation process works:

Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Custom Orders

Custom-made products are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances, as they are tailored specifically for you.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Cancellation Fees

There are no charges or fees for cancelling your order within the allowed time frame.

Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
