We strive to provide high-quality custom print services at PrintDukaan. Please review our refund and reprint policy below before placing your order.

General Policy

We do not offer refunds or chargebacks on custom printing orders. Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

Exceptions — When Refunds or Reprints May Apply

While refunds are generally not available, we do allow for reprints or corrections in the following situations:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged product upon arrival
• Delivery failure by India Post — we will reattempt delivery

For any printing issues, a video of the product is required for evaluation. Customers must also ensure they provide a complete and correct delivery address to avoid delays or missed deliveries.

What We Do Not Cover

• Order cancellations after payment (orders are processed immediately)
• Change-of-mind requests after printing starts
• Refunds due to color variations – Printed colors may vary slightly from digital screens
• Refunds for minor size differences – Slight variation in size may occur due to trimming and material differences
• Design expectations vs final print – Visual differences may exist between screen previews and printed material

Requesting a Reprint

If a reprint is needed due to printing mistakes or quality issues, and the customer provides clear proof (e.g., video), we will happily reprint at no extra cost.
