Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund in the following cases:
- Damaged item received
- Wrong print or design delivered
- Defective product
- Wrong item sent
Note: Custom-made or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds.
No Exchanges or Store Credit
We do not offer product exchanges or store credit at this time.
Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must be sent via India Post (Parcel Service) or another approved courier service.
- Please keep your tracking number as proof of dispatch.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items, where stated

Please include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of any issue.
Refund Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
